"Really good service from these guys. Excellent product - sisal stair runner with stair rods - They made the landing piece for us which fitted perfectly. The carpet feels like it will last forever even with our puppy charging up and down (nearly 50Kg monster !!)

"Bought a Tibetan Gold stair runner and had a piece made for the upper landing from the same rug. Stair Runners Direct cut this piece to the exact size and shape (L-shaped) that I requested and also whipped the edges for me. We had tons of information and advice from Nicola Dugan during the pre-sales process and even afterward when we were asking for help regarding underlay and it's correct placement on the stairs. Had some trouble securing a carpet fitter but we've finally had the runner and rug laid and are very pleased indeed. Thanks, Nic."
