We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.


2. General 

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on this website ( see date at the top of the page ) and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions. 


3. Order process 

All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Customer to purchase Goods pursuant to these terms and conditions and are subject to acceptance by the Seller. The Seller may choose not to accept an order for any reason. 


Where goods ordered by the Customer are not available from stock the Customer will be notified and give the option to either wait until the goods are available or cancel the order and receive a full refund within 7 days. 


4. Delivery 

Goods from this website are only for delivery to customers to mainland UK, Ireland (North and South). For customers in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and other such Islands should contact us for a verified price and delivery time scale.


5. Can I return my purchase?

Please note if a runner has been custom made for you returns cannot be accepted.

If you wish to return your purchase, please inform us via e-mail within 48 hours of delivery. Once we confirm acceptance of your return, you must securely package your purchase and return it at your expense within 7 working days. Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the runner we will issue a refund less the delivery and return charges.

In the unlikely event that a runner is delivered damaged or faulty, we will happily exchange or refund your purchase, please inspect your runner to make sure the runner is undamaged and the correct item as per order before fitting. If on arrival the packaging is damaged, please ensure that it is marked on the courier’s delivery note, as we are unable to pursue any claims against them if the delivery was marked received in good condition.

Once notified of damages or faults we will arrange for our courier to collect your purchase and a replacement or full refund will be issued once the rug has been received and inspected.

Custom made products will be non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed on our website. Please ensure that the measurements are correct and note the estimated delivery time shown on the site to allow for production.

Shedding is a natural characteristic of a deep pile rug and is not deemed to be a fault. This is common on Acrylic and Wool rugs and should be taken into consideration when choosing a product suitable rug for your home.

Note: Whilst every effort is made to accurately reproduce images of our products, different monitor settings can have an effect on the appearance of colours. We recommend that you request a sample to confirm the colour is to your taste.
